To Any Interested String Quartets,
I am writing to inquire about the availability of a string quartet to play for our July 2016 wedding from prelude to postlude. This is a paid opportunity to play a list of requested pieces for our ceremony. The wedding will be 4:30 or 5 p.m on Saturday, July 16th, 2016 and be held on the roof of the Monona Terrace. Pease feel free to contact me (Bryant) or my fiancé (Greta) at firstname.lastname@example.org and/or email@example.com, respectively. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
We’re planning a wedding next summer with an outdoor cocktail hour time at Schuster’s Farm (just east of Madison) and are wondering if there are any student musicians who might be interested in performing. We’re interested in a small jazz combo that could play for about two hours between the ceremony and dinner. We were thinking drum kit, bass, and maybe a trombone, trumpet, and sax or some similar combination that works well together.
We are looking for someone that is an excellent piano player and would like to play holiday songs for our event. Someone who also enjoys singing and would be willing to sing and play would be a plus! The details of the event are below. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any more information.
Date: December 18th 2015
Location: Concourse Hotel, Madison, WI
Time: 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Office Phone: (608) 222-3778

I will be getting married in Madison this summer, and I’d like to use the talent of UW’s music school for my ceremony musicians. We’re looking for either a string quartet, solo cellist, or harpist.

St. Peter’s Lutheran in Arlington is hosting Bach Cantata BMV70, “Wachet, Betet, Betet, Wachet” on Wednesday December 2nd at 6pm. Our scheduled Tenor soloist is now unable to sing and we are reaching out to see who may be available to learn such a piece in two weeks. We are able to compensate singers for their service as well.
