Grace Episcopal Church, Madison, is currently seeking a dynamic individual with strong project management skills to plan and execute our concert series entitled Grace Presents.
GRACE PRESENTS is a free concert series that takes place in our historic church on Madison’s Capitol Square. For six years, the monthly concerts have been scheduled on Saturdays at noon. They are currently on hiatus waiting for a new Coordinator.
Concerts have featured a diverse range of music, including everything from classical and folk to jazz and bluegrass. Our performers include nationally-recognized musicians and exceptional young talent from Madison and beyond. The main responsibilities for this position are:
1. Plan and execute a series of music concerts according to a set schedule (exact number to be determined by mutual agreement between the Program Coordinator and The Grace Presents Task Force), and representing a wide variety of musical styles.
2. Perform all administrative tasks related to the successful execution of the program.
3. Contribute to the financial stability of Grace Presents through fundraising.
