NEW MUSE is looking for up to 10 volunteers to work as stage crew and ushers at the first-ever Madison Muse Fest, scheduled for Saturday May 5th 2012. Muse Fest is a one-day music festival that will install live music in three State Street venues (Sunroom Cafe, Fair Trade Coffee House, and Nick’s) and will culminate in a concert in MMoCA. This is an excellent chance to participate “behind the scenes” of a local grassroots contemporary classical music festival.

Student volunteers will be asked to assist with the following responsibilities:

– Hand out festival fliers/programs
– Sell raffle tickets
– Set up chairs, music stands
– Assist with stage crew duties, including setup in MMoCA

Students interested in volunteering should RSVP no later than April 2nd, 2012 to:
